Peer coaches are undergraduate students who can help you get "ahead of the curve" in your first year or anytime you want to up your game as student. They are either Peer Academic Coaches (PACs) or Career Peers.
Peer Academic Coaches
PACs help students with:
- Developing good time-management skills and study strategies
- Setting goals to achieve academic success
- Exploring majors, minors, certificate programs, and other academic opportunities
- Brainstorming ways to get involved and gain experience
- Preparing for academic advising appointments with degree planning tools
- Navigating IU's academic resources
PACs are part of Advising and Major Exploration Services.

Peer coaches lead workshops for groups of students, assist with New Student Orientation, and provide one-on-one scheduled and drop-in coaching in the Wells Library.
